About:-
The Sports Committee conduct meetings once a term to discuss sporting participation, coordination of teams, facilities, equipment, setting policies, funding opportunities and all issues relating to sports.
Mission:-
To nourish the budding sportsmen and strengthen the sporting environment among students.
Vision:-
To provide the students with means and environment to be fit and pursue their sporting passions.
Introduction:-
Games and sports are an integral part of a student’s life. A student should study hard to be successful in competitive examinations. But, he should also play games and sports to enjoy the health and vigor of life.
Annual Sports Report 2022-2023
Sound mind in a sound body’ is an unavoidable necessity for all, particularly for school- going boy or girl. Keeping in this mind we have done various sports activities in this academic year with active participation of our students.
- The year began with International ‘Yoga Day’ celebration on 21st June 2022. The importance of yoga by practical and taught various ‘Aasanas’ and Pranayam were explained.
- On 20/07/2022 to 21/07/2022 organized self-defense workshop. Mr. Surojit Ghosh had given the practical knowledge to the students.
- On 08/02/2023, Annual Sport’s day was celebrated. Various engaging games and sports were arranged to make the event a successful one.
- The event was inaugurated by our Hon’ble Secretary- Shri. Rafik Ali Khan and the programme was inaugurated with speech of Principal- Dr. (Mrs.) Aparna Maitra.
- Volleyball team participated in interclass tournament organized by Pandit Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar Mission on 08/10/2018 and 09/10/2018.
- Our students participated in Athletics Meet which was organized by our Sports Committee on 19/10/2018.

Football Tournament was organized by Sports Committee by Mr. Surojit Ghosh and Mr. Bimal Ghosh. Our dear students participated in the event wholeheartedly and made it a grand success. Approximately 30 students were deeply engaged in this tournament. Blue House emerged as the winner and won the prestigious PICVM Annual Football League Trophy.
Athletics workshop was organized by Sports Committee by Mr.Surojit Ghosh and Mr. Bimal Ghosh. They tried their level best to provide the practical knowledge to all our dear students.
Yoga Day Celebration was organized by Sports Committee by Mr.Surojit Ghosh, Mr. Bimal Ghosh, Mrs. Riya Ghosh and Miss Saheli Mondal. They tried their level best to provide the practical knowledge to all our dear students.
